辊棒使用


    为保证您的窑炉系统正常运转,应根据烧成温度、烧成气氛、承载负荷、窑炉转速、中心间距等正确选择陶瓷辊棒。在使用过程中我们建议:
    1.使用前在辊棒表面的工作部位均匀涂上保护涂层。
    2.把好的辊棒放置在窑炉旁或窑顶充分干燥,干燥时,辊棒内部要塞入陶瓷棉,排除吸附的水分后再装窑使用,装窑前再将辊棒两端塞入陶瓷棉,防止窑内高温热量向外扩散。
    3.辊棒插入窑炉的过程应尽快完成,避免辊棒在不转动的状态下局部受热时间过长。
    4.在辊棒两端窑墙中间部位塞上保温棉。
    5.在温窑300-400℃,再装入陶瓷辊棒,然后平稳升温,继续温窑。
    6.辊棒在正常使用过程中,应保持窑内温度稳定,避免局部温度大起大落。同时应经常检查辊棒的运转状况,发现断棒应及时更换。
    7.当辊棒表面出现粘结物时,取出清理并涂上新的涂层,清理时请勿使用硬性工具敲打。
    8.高温下取出辊棒时,应将辊棒放置在有保温材料制成的垫架上,转动直至其冷却到600℃以下,为便于操作,垫架高度宜控制在20-120cm;或将取出的热辊棒平放在有耐火纤维棉铺垫的地面上,再在辊棒上面盖上绝热棉使其逐渐冷却。热辊棒应避免与地板、冷金属接触。
    9.窑炉熄火降温时,请继续开启排烟风机,保持辊棒正常运转,并关闭其他所有风机,保持烧成带微正压,以防冷风进入。经过一天冷却后,可适当加大排烟风机,使窑内温度逐渐平稳降低;当窑内温度降至500℃以下时即可取出辊棒。
    10.以气体为燃料的窑炉在停用水煤气、助燃风降温时,必须及时管小排烟风机,而余热风机则视窑炉压力及冷风漏入情况再决定具体操作,以保证烧成带不会有冷风漏入,保持平稳降温。
    11.以重油为燃料的窑炉,在停窑降低时应避免负压所带来的直接漏入冷风,同时在全过程调节风机时,应尽量避免窑头、窑尾原有的抽力平衡发生变化,在降温窑内气流流速前提下,实现缓慢降温

In order to guarantee the normal operaton of the kiln system,rollers should be correctly chosen according to firing emperature,firling atmosphere,bearing load,kiln cycle, center distance,etc.During the process,we recommend as follows:
1.Apply evenly coating on the working area of rollers'surface before using.
2.Put the coated rollers beside or on the top of the kiln to dry.During drying,don't put ceramic fiber into rollers. After the water is completely dried out,put ceramice fibers into two ends of rollers,then put them into kiln so that the kiln hear is prevented from disffusing.
3.The process of putting rollers into kiln should be finished as soon as possilbe to avoid long heating time of partial roller section under the motionless state.
4.Put isolation fiber between two ends of rollers and the middle part of kiln wall.
5.Preheat the kiln to the temperature of 300-400℃,then put rollers into kiln,increase the tempreature steadily to continue warming the kiln.
6.During the process of roller operation,stable inner kiln temperature should be kept to avoid fluctuation of partial temperature.Meamwhile roller operation should be frenquently checked,broken rollers should be rep;aced on time,if there is any sticky material on the roller surface,take it out and clean it.Then apply new coating.During cleaning,don't use hard tool to shock it.
7.When rollers are taken out with high temperature,they should be put on a frame supported by insulation material.Rotate them until they are cooled down under 600℃ .For convenient operation,the height of frame should be between 20-120CM.Or put the hot rollers onto refractory fiber mat on the floor,then cover them with insulation fiber to cool down.Hot rollers should be avoided contacting floor and cold metal.
8.When the kiln temperature is decreased to shut down,keep the exhausting fan open,keep the rollers operating normally and shut down the other fans. Keep the firing with mild positive pressure to prevent cold wind from entering.
9.After cooling down for one day,increase exhausting fan moderately,decrease the kiln temperature fradually.Rollers can be taken out when the kiln temperature is under 500℃.
10.When the gas-fuel kiln stops water coal gas and combustion air to cool down,exhausting fan must be decreased on time. While remaining heat fan will be operated according to kiln pressure and cold air entering situation to prevent cold air from entering into firing zone and decrease temperature steadily.
11.For heavy oil fuel kiln,direct cold air entrance resulted from negative pressure must be avoided during cooling down process. At the same time,when adusting fans,the original suction force balance at both ends of the kiln should be kept unchanged.Under the premicse of decreasing airflow speed inside the kiln,decrease the temperature fradyally.
